Parking and Uber is available to the venue and shuttles will be available at the end of the night to hotels.

We have a large block of room at the Courtyard By Marriott Merida Downton. Most of the guests will be staying here, if it fills up, we recommend the #2 or #3.

Arrive Thursday March 14th anytime or Friday March 15th by 1pm to make the welcome party. The welcome party will be Friday March 15th at 6pm.

Saturday is the day of the wedding from 4:30pm-2am. Shuttles back to hotels available throughout the night. Babysitters/nannies available at the venue.

Sunday we are doing a hangover brunch nearby at 12pm. Pools and cenotes after. For anyone staying, we’ll go out to dinner. Monday we’ll be taking an excursion to Chichen Itza by bus.

Depart Tuesday March 19th.

Merida is a tropical location so expect 80-95 degree highs and 60’s lows. Rain is not usual but prepared for the typical fauna and flora so bring some bug spray and sunscreen. We’ll try to swim in the cenotes so bring suits. Bring an all white outfit for the welcome party Friday March 15th at 6pm.

Lots of dancing so bring comfortable but movable shoes and attire.

Mexican weddings are full of color and life. It will be an early-evening outdoor garden-themed wedding.

Friday we will be wearing all or mostly all white semi-formal outfits.

Saturday will be formal attire and remember that in Mexico you go all out.

Sunday will be casual wear with a bathing suit in hand for water.

Monday is the trip to Chichen Itza so it is best to wear hiking shoes and pants.
